As I find my greatest fulfillment in helping others succeed, in October 2022, I embraced my leadership roots once again, accepting the role of Coldwell Banker Branch Manager in Los Altos, CA (SF Bay Peninsula/Silicon Valley). I have been successfully coaching and helping sales professionals grow and thrive for over 30 years. Our Coachella Valley Offices sustain a culture of Agent to Agent collaboration and is home to some of the Top Agents and Agent Teams in our greater Coachella Valley and SoCal markets. Agent Onboarding Specialist: The Onboarding Specialist is primarily responsible for facilitating a seamless administrative onboarding process for all new agent affiliations to the Coldwell Banker offices. This position will work closely with a variety of departments to ensure that all tools and systems for our new agents are created and assigned correctly. This position will also play a key support to the Branch Leader for a variety of administrative tasks that bolster agent recruiting and onboarding efforts. This role will work mostly remote but may be called into an office for face-to-face support when needed.
Client Experience Specialist: The Client Experience Specialist is a service minded professional who manages all non-licensed aspects of the transaction, from contract to close, to create a seamless experience for the agent, consumer and all deal parties. You are part of a collaborative team that is enhancing the way that Coldwell Banker is doing business by eliminating the friction and simplifying the transaction process.
Regional Support Specialist: The Regional Support Specialist provides critical administrative, operational and customer service support to our Coldwell Banker Real Estate branch offices, leaders and agents. The RSS team will work together, spending time each week across a group of offices, providing support in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, processing agent transactions, acting as a liaison with our different departments and business partners, general office administration and customer service. This position plays a significant role in driving the success of our key principle of helping our agents live exceptional lives.
Marketing Team:
Luxury Marketing Manager: The Luxury Marketing Manager supports the top echelon of luxury property specialists and listings throughout the region, striving to bring focus, creativity and cohesion to their marketing efforts.
Field Marketing Manager: The Field Marketing Manager oversees marketing support for local offices and agents, ensuring brand representation aligns with Core 4 objectives. This role involves strategic market planning and supervising the region's Field Marketing Specialists.
Field Marketing Specialist: Dedicated to a core group offices, this individual will be responsible for creating and executing effective marketing strategies that help your brand and properties stand out in the local market.
